After many years of painting within the confines of his various homes, Neil has now got his own painting area.....within Orkney Faerie Museum and Gallery. Now visitors can not only see the artwork in the gallery but also see Neil at work painting in Oils or doing drawings.

Currently he is working on a Selkie, which is a girl who is transformed from a Seal when she comes onto the dry land. Within this painting, he is also painting a painting! His other sea scape painting, 'Gallows Wake' appears in the background to the right, as his new painting also features a girl on the cliff tops looking out to sea. He thought it would be an interesting sort of 'nod' to his first sea scape done 10 years ago.

Despite what some people have suggested, including on this site's guest book, Neil has no current plans to do any Tarot card sets. He believes this would take too much of his time on one project! He has seen too many people do these things and sometimes the rewards, if at all, are just not worth the time put into it! So sorry folks, no Tarots for the time being. Also again on the guest book, someone has said they bought two of Neil's prints for £4.00 in their local charity shop! Neil is somewhat dismayed to learn that he now ranks within the 'Des O'connor' rack of pagan art!
